In der Fertigung von Faserverbundbauteilen ist die Überprüfung einzelner Arbeitsschritte eine Möglichkeit, um Informationen über den Gesamtprozess zu generieren und diesen stabiler zu gestalten. Das DLR-ZLP unterstützt Unternehmen bei der Prozessentwicklung und der Untersuchung der eingesetzten Werkzeuge. Das Angebot reicht von Überwachung der Trockenfaserablage, dem Infusionsprozess bis hin zum Endbauteil.
- Equipment für modernste Prüfverfahren im Bereich der aktiven Thermographie verfügbar (optisch angeregte Lock-In Thermographie, Blitzthermographie)
- Überprüfung der inneren Qualität von Laminaten aus Faserverbundwerkstoff
- Bestimmung von Qualitätsmerkmalen abgelegter Zuschnitte (z.B. Faserwinkel)
- Integration thermographischer Systeme in Prozesse und Automatisierungslösungen (Bsp. Roboterzelle)
- Prüfung großflächiger Zuschnitte in der Werkzeugform oder von Bauteilen/Strukturen mittels Roboter am DLR-ZLP
